Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery times depend on the item and the courier service used. We'll email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking where the service includes it. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

Delivery is free on orders over £500. For orders under £500, we charge a flat rate of £5.

Yes. Use our Track My Order page with your order number to check its status.

We currently deliver within the UK only. For international enquiries, please contact us at kiki@aiotechsolutions.co.uk.

New items are unused. Refurbished items are pre-owned and checked, and each listing describes the item's condition, including any cosmetic marks. For Parts items are faulty or not working and are sold for parts or repair, with the known faults described in the listing.

Yes. Refurbished products come with our 90-day warranty, the same as new products, as well as your statutory rights. Please read each listing for the item's condition.

We describe every item honestly, including its brand and model as we have identified them, and any faults or replacement parts we know about. If an item turns out not to be as described, you are entitled to a remedy under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for businesses, schools and organisations. Visit our Wholesale page to send an enquiry. Business purchases are not covered by consumer cancellation rights, and Klarna is not available for them.

It depends on the fault and whether parts are in stock. Some repairs can be done the same day; others, such as liquid damage, can take longer. We will give you an estimate with your quote.

Yes. We diagnose your device and give you a quote before any work begins. You only pay if you approve the quote.

We use genuine manufacturer parts or good-quality compatible parts, and we will tell you which before you approve the repair. Repairs come with our 90-day warranty.

No. We are an independent repair business and are not authorised by, or affiliated with, Apple, Samsung or other manufacturers. Having an independent repair may affect a manufacturer's warranty, so check this if your device is still covered.

Yes. If you are not local to Bolton, you can post your device to us. Contact us first for instructions. We will send it back using a tracked service.

If you agree a repair online, by email, by phone or by post, you can cancel within 14 days of approving the quote. If you ask us to start sooner and then cancel, you pay for work already done. See Repair Services in our Terms.

If you buy online you can cancel within 14 days, starting the day after delivery, without giving a reason. You can open and check the item as you would in a shop. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge; you pay return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. See our full Returns Policy.

Contact us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days, and after that ask for a repair or replacement. Your rights last up to 6 years (5 in Scotland). Faults already described in a For Parts listing are not covered.

It covers faults in New and Refurbished products under normal use, and the parts and labour of our repairs. For Parts items have no warranty. Full details are on our Warranty page.

You can pay online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay where available), PayPal or Klarna. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pay on Delivery may also be available at checkout.

Yes. Payments are made over an encrypted connection and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
