Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at kiki@aiotechsolutions.co.uk with your order number.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition, unused and undamaged
• In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Software or digital products once activated or downloaded
• Personalised or custom-ordered items
• Repair services once the work has been completed and approved

4. How to Return an Item

1. Email us at kiki@aiotechsolutions.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to us (return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty)
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund

7. Refurbished Products

Refurbished products are covered by the same returns policy as new products. They come with our 90-day warranty and must be returned in the condition they were received.
