Our 90-Day Warranty

Every product sold and every repair performed by AIO Tech Solutions comes with our comprehensive 90-day warranty. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship from the date of purchase or repair completion.

What's Covered

Products (New & Refurbished)

• Hardware defects that occur under normal use
• Battery performance issues (if significantly below specification)
• Dead pixels or display defects (meeting manufacturer thresholds)
• Faulty ports, buttons, or speakers
• Software issues related to initial setup or factory configuration

Repairs

• The specific repair work performed (e.g., replaced screen, battery)
• Parts used in the repair
• Labour associated with the repair
• If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days, we fix it free of charge

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage caused after purchase/repair (drops, cracks, liquid damage)
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
• Software issues caused by third-party apps or user modifications
• Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents)
• Accessories not sold or supplied by AIO Tech Solutions
• Devices with removed or tampered warranty seals

How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. Provide your order number or repair booking number
3. Describe the issue you're experiencing
4. We will assess the claim and advise on next steps (typically within 24 hours)
5. Bring the device to our Bolton location or post it to us (we cover return postage for valid claims)

Warranty Period

The 90-day warranty begins on:

• Products: The date of delivery
• Repairs: The date the repair was completed and collected/returned

Additional Notes

• This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law
• Manufacturer warranties (e.g., Apple, Samsung) may also apply alongside ours
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only
