  • Refurbished products are clearly labelled and graded accordingly
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order constitutes an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance
  • We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card details
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful purchase

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free shipping on orders over £500
  • Flat rate £5 shipping on orders under £500
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We ship within the United Kingdom; contact us for international enquiries
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

5. Repair Services

  • All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labour
  • Free diagnosis is provided before any repair work begins
  • A quote will be provided and must be approved before we proceed
  • We use genuine or high-quality equivalent parts
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or data loss — back up your device before submitting
  • Devices uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of after written notice

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. In summary:

  • 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Refurbished products are covered under the same returns policy
  • Repair services are non-refundable once work has been completed

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
